An order is processed in the following way in general. Details can be modified to make things go smoothly and efficiently.

Description of order form
Order form must contain your order, customer information, payment method and delivery method. Please read through our terms and conditions before you send an order form to us.
Please remember we can read only e-mails in English or Japanese of plain text format. If an order form is written in another format or in another language, we may not read it thus we cannot accept it.
1. order
Please write in one kind of items per line which is made of:
item ID | item name | quantity | unit price | price.
Item ID of each item appears on catalog pages.
Unit price is also there and it is in Japanese Yen (JPY).
If you need a phytosanitary certificate, write about it next to item lines. If you don't mention the certificate to us we will consider that you don't need it.
We recommend you to write in shipping and handling charge and total price at the end of the order though, you may leave them as blanks if you are not sure of exact amounts of these matters. We will review and let you know the amounts anyway.

Example
Here goes an example of an order form by e-mail with some explanations. In this case a person 'Firstname Lastname' is placing an order of two kinds of plants.
Explanations
(1) This is an item ID. Item ID of each item appears on catalog page.
(2) This is a field separator. You may use another character but comma (,) as long as anybody can easily see it separates fields.
(3) This is an item name. Please write it exactly as appears on catalog page.
(4) Write quantity in arabic numerals.
(5) Unit prices and prices are in Japanese Yen(JPY).
(6) If you need a phytosanitary certificate please write in like this. 'Phyto.' is an abbreviation for phytosanitary certificate.
(7) In this case Express Mail Service is chosen below so shipping and handling charge is at this amount.
(8) Write total price of your order to make sure how much you will pay and that you are paying in JPY.
(9) This is an abbreviation for International Money Order.
(10) Write delivery method available. This is an abbreviation for Express Mail Service.
