Here is the privacy policy of our business as of 6 December, 2006.
We store e-mails to record and review our activity as well as to communicate with e-mail senders.
We store customer information for sole purpose of processing orders.
We will write information of a specific customer in e-mails to process the customer's orders or inquiries.
We will print or write information of a specific customer on:
(1) papers, forms, invoices, letters, envelopes or parcels to ship orders,
(2) papers or forms to acquire certificates or permissions,
(3) e-mails, papers or forms to deal with any other matters concerning orders.
Except the above cases we will never show, pass or sell any part of customer
information to third persons unless we get the customer's evident permission.
Here "evident permission" means permission written by the customer in an e-mail or a letter.
Caution: this privacy policy will be preceded by legislation of Japan
or other countries which may concern.
